The U.S. Treasurys Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has implemented new reporting requirements for certain kinds of residential real estate transactions throughout the country. All real estate license holders need to be aware of this rules scope and impact so they can inform their clients and help ensure that closings are not delayed by noncompliance

Cancellation Policy

Elite Real Estate Tactics Cancellation Policy At Elite Real Estate Tactics, we understand that schedules can change. To provide clarity and fairness to all our participants, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Period: Participants may cancel their registration for any course up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to receive a full refund. How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to brad@vbrg.net with an electronic return method (I.E. Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cash app). The timestamp of the received email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund. No Refund Policy After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts. Missed Classes: If a participant misses a class without prior cancellation within the 48-hour window, no refunds or credits will be provided. By registering for a course with Elite Real Estate Tactics, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
